Theoretical problems of the study of the structure of law

The article discusses the question of the relation between the system of law and the structure of law. Author assumes that the system and structure is not comparable concepts, structure in relation to the system has an auxiliary character, contributes to the notion of the system. The branch structure of the law is seen as part of a structure on the same parameters. Substantiates the existence of different levels structure of law are inconsistent with the branch structure of law.
