The impact of unformalized internal interactions on organizational efficiency

The influence of unformalized internal interactions on the organizational efficiency of different kind of organization is discussed. Positive impact of such interactions on the adaptation possibilities of organization is shown with simulations based on multi-agent model. The differences of impact are considered for two types of organizations: hierarchy-like and clan-like.
