Electronic Payment Systems

We consider the electronic payment systems, as a way of ensuring the timely disbursement of funds. The analysis of the legal regulation of the payment system in accordance with the Law of the NPC, as a set of institutions that interact according to the rules of the SS in order to implement the transfer of funds. We consider the types of payment systems, which the NPC Law rigidly divided into related to the provision of payment services that can be called payment systems, and others.
