The collective bargaining agreement. With whom to negotiate?

This article discusses the issues collectively-contractual regulation of labour and other related relations, in connection with changes in existing labour legislation, aimed at simplifying the procedure of registration of labour relations between the employer and the employee performing a job outside the the location of the employer (remote work), establishment of features of regulation of labor of remote employees. The issues of trade unions, as representative bodies of workers, the status of collective agreements at the present stage, the prospect of RSPP proposals on the adoption of the new Labour code.
