Features of development of small agricultural producers (on materials of Perm Krai)

Implementation of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union, at first sight, became the reason of recession of agricultural production. However, it (technical regulations) is strong incentive for association of small agricultural producers in agricultural consumer cooperatives. Creation of agricultural consumer cooperatives will promote development of infrastructure of rural territories, improvement of a financial situation of agricultural businessmen, and also creation of new workplaces in the village.
