Theoretical basis of realization of investment processes in conditions Russia's accession to WTO

Theoretical and methodological bases of public investment as a factor for long-term development and competitiveness of the Russian economy in the current economic conditions. We study the theoretical basis considering the economic substance of investments as an innovative advances of capital. The investment process is seen as a factor in the expanded reproduction of capital innovation. As part of a systematic approach to state regulation of investment processes the expediency of public investment under the WTO.
