Some comparative legal aspects of copyright protection institute in Russia and foreign countries .

The article discusses the common and special features of the Institute of copyright protection in some foreign countries, in particular, drew attention to the experience of the United States of America and great Britain. It is proved that a complete and worthy of legal protection of copyright encourages authors, providing them with a definite legal assistance.
