The paper defines the procedure for the application of mediation science of labor law. Presents tools for the implementation of the concept of settlement of labor disputes at the plant during the pre-trial of the solution. It is shown that this procedure contributes to the economic development of the enterprise, as well as minimizing the costs of litigation and general legal expenses. Special attention is given regime of using mediation tools. These roles are the forms and methods determined by the structure of the enterprise. Showing tier methodology meet disputes.
