The organizational structure of management in non-state pension funds (NPF)

The article reveals the changes in the organizational structure of manage-ment in non-state pension funds, which have occurred as a result of their corporatisation. The article states that the transition to a new management structure has a number of advantages, in particular, such management is becoming more open and transparent. However, it should be noted and disadvantages of such management (for example, the conflict of interests).
