On improvement of the list of project documentation

The paper is devoted to the issue of provision of mutual conformity of the provisions of the Town-Planning Code of the Russian Federation and the Provision on Composition of Project Documentation Sections and Requirements to their Content adopted by the Government of the Russian Federation. Attention has been paid to the fact that the composition of sections lacks a very important section for operation “Measures on the Provision of Safe Operation of Capital Construction Objects”. The authors offer to complete the list of compulsory sections to the volume of documentation required for the receipt of a building permit.
