Organizational and technological aspects of process quality evaluation at enterprise

The article covers aspects of the evaluation of the quality of the technology of business processes on the example of methods-time measurement. We propose to use the method of hierarchies based on the construction of the model and algorithm description of decision-making. Evaluation criteria are formed on the basis of relevant key indicators. It was calculated scale of priorities and determined the relative importance of the studied alternatives for all the criteria included in the hierarchy. The result of this approach is ability to assess the quality and effectiveness of business processes, as well as the definition of measures to raise them. In addition, it is possible to carry out quality control processes in enterprises.
