Formating managing command in organizational management on the base of phenomenological modeling

The article is devoted to the new methodological paradigm of modeling and creating systems of organizational management. Different from the traditional paradigms, where the object of management only optimized, this new paradigm also expects optimization of the subject of management. The last one expected as a managing command explored from the position of I. Adizes theory of organizational changes management and its thesis about energetic characteristics of managers. Such kind of modeling has an aim to make recommendations provide choosing managers in command.
