the article examines the activities of one of the entities to ensure the economic security of Russia, namely the accounts chamber of the Russian Federation. Examines the principles of activity of the accounting Chamber. In the framework of the requirements for the consideration of the planning and organization of work of the accounts chamber (hereinafter – AC), methodological support of activity of the Agency, meeting the General requirements standards of the external state and municipal audit (control), reports, other documents based on control and information documents sent to the Federation Council and the Duma, formed the Board of the AC. The structure of the Board of the joint venture the composition of its members and the working mechanism are examined in the article. Moreover, the authors raise the question about necessity of improvement of activity of the JV from the point of view of increasing the responsibility and role in the legal education of citizens in the Russian Federation.
