Role of innovative development of suburban zones in order to preserve and increase the population of Russia

The article describes the impact of innovative development of suburban zones to maintain and increase the population of Russia. To improve the demographic situation, the authors propose important measures to improve the incomes and overall living standards of the population, growth of quality security and comfortable housing, to stimulate birth rate and increasing the number of large families.
