The role of nonbank credit institutions in national payment system

In the article is examined legal regulation of nonbank credit institutions in national payment system, payments nonbank credit institutions are analyzed. On the entry into force the Federal Law No. 161-FZ of June 27, 2011, "On the National Payment System" the demand for payments nonbank credit institutions is not needed. It is necessary further development Russian payments nonbank credit institutions.
