Concept & classification of traces of the offenses committed by sentenced persons in correctional institutions

The author works out and offers the concept «traces of the offenses committed by sentenced persons». The elements of the concept are demonstrated in the article. There is provided to identify to these elements such subjects as proper subject; some legitimate activity; fixing traces in the relevant documents. It is analyzed the concept “trace”, which was offered by forensic specialists. During researching this concept it was found that a great number of forensic specialists put in this concept a criminal connotation. In this article we are agreed with such connotation and we compare the traces of crime offenses committed by convicted persons. On the base of practice of prison administration staffs it is offered to classify the traces of crime offenses in the forms of material and ideal forms. To the material forms we could concern subject-traces (Cellular Equipment and its components, sharps handicrafts, etc.); display-traces (hands, feet), traces, substances (alcohol-or drug origin). To the ideal forms we could concern the following traces, obtained by technical means of surveillance and control, sound tracks (antechamber communication), traces cooled in human memory in the form of mental images. As can be seen from the above the ideal and material traces are very important in the process of proving the offenses committed by convicted persons in prisons.
