The author of the article presents a study of the basic provisions of the Federal law from 31.12.2014 N 499-FZ «On amendments to the Land code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation» in the part regarding the methods and procedures for the termination of the property rights in case of expropriation of land in connection with its withdrawal for state or municipal needs.
