The author of the article conducts a study of forms of multiple crimes. The author notes that as a criterion for establishing forms of multiple crimes, it is necessary to use not a legal sign, and the social, that is, do many crimes by time of repetition. The perfect combination in the judicial practice is relatively rare, but this circumstance cannot shake the conclusion that it is a self-manifestation of the multiple crimes. According to other classification criteria legal and social nature named main forms of manifestations of multiple crimes, in turn, can be subdivided into certain types. This division is of direct practical importance, because different kinds of multiple crimes differently characterize the degree of social danger of the perpetrator. Public danger of the perpetrator depends on the nature and severity of the crimes committed, the number of the offenses, the time gap between crimes committed, the nature and motives underlying the act, the existence of any fact of recognizing a person as a special dangerous recidivist or other circumstances.
