Features of legal regulation of state crimes against the external security of the country in the Penal Code on criminal and correctional penalties of 1845

The article considers the problem of legal regulation of state crimes against the external security of the country in section III of the Penal Code on criminal and correctional penalties of 1845. This law is significant due to the fact that it had been taken in the period of formation of the main branches of law and remain valid until the beginning of the XX century. External security - an urgent question that requires research. According to the results of the analysis of the provisions of the Penal Code on criminal and correctional penalties of 1845, which determine responsibility for state crimes against the external security of the country, the conclusions have been made about the availability of certain features of the relevant legal regulation.
