Tour operator’s mutual insurance society as the Russian Federation tourism industry development instrument

the article gives a brief description of proposals for the creation of tour operator's liability mutual insurance society in Russian Federation. There are represented the goal and objectives of mutual society that justify the relevance and feasibility of its establishing. It is shown the way in which this mutual society will serve as an instrument of tourism industry development.
