Policy of optimization of expenses of the company during crisis

In article questions of influence of crisis on behavior models of the companies, classifications of expenses and their expediency at this conjuncture are considered. The emphasis is placed on modeling of the final indicators of financial and economic activity received as a result of change of the direction and volumes of expenses of the company. As result, recommendations about change of the direction of these or those expenses of the company and their influence on formation of end financial result are provided.
