About the new principles of development of investment policy of the company and strategy of her development in modern conditions

In modern, extremely difficult for almost all companies, conditions identification of concrete factors of formation of investment policy allows not only to study impact on the company of the unstable and external, and internal environment, but also to define the effective mechanism of management of development of the company. The principles of development of investment policy of the company and strategy of her development in modern conditions are covered in article, the criteria and stages of formation of the investment program promoting increase of level of its investment appeal, ensuring effective use of investment resources, including the loan capital are given.
