Murder on reasons of religious hatred or enmity

Murder is one of the most dangerous types of crimes. In given article the author considers structure of the qualified type of murder: murder on motive of religious hatred or enmity. The subjective side of a crime is in detail considered. The author arrival to a conclusion, that the crime is maybe accomplished, both with direct, and with indirect intention. The problem of wrong qualification of crimes and complexity of an establishment of the given motive of crimes is mentioned. Complexity consists that the given motive of a crime has similar features with hooligan motive of a crime.
