Characteristics of the offender, formed in ontogenesis human and its use in the investigation of crimes

This article describes the elements of criminalistic characteristics of crime, biological, psychological and social aspects of human ontogenesis. The author proposes to use the algorithm ontogeny of human and criminalistics characteristics of the injured person and the perpetrator in the investigation of crimes.
