Features of investigation of criminal cases for crimes against military service in the wartime

In military criminal law an important problem is settlement of criminal liability for commission of crimes against military service in a wartime (special time). It is known that in a wartime of considerable modification economic and political spheres are exposed, public attention concentrates on requirements of army, the new options of socially dangerous invasions predetermined by war and military operations are formed. For these reasons, any violation of the law made by the military personnel in a wartime has character of the increased danger.
