Legal problems of the fight against the drug threat in the context of globalization

The article describes the resulting imperfection of the legislation of the Rus-sian Federation issues to combat the threats emerging in the illicit produc-tion, trafficking and consumption of drugs in the context of globalization. On the basis of theoretical sources, as well as materials investigative practice bodies for control over the traffic of narcotics and psychotropic substances carried out by the legal interpretation of the content of the anti-drug of the Russian Federation security and threats emerging in the field of illicit drug production, trafficking and consumption at the present stage, it is proposed a new definition of "without anti-drugrity". A new definition of the threats in this area for the safety of the Russian Federation, and shows their correlation with the level of global threats narkouindustrii.
