Features of the legal protection of military products as the secret object of a patent right

This article discusses existing problems of military production's legal protection as the secret inventions, utility models and industrial designs by Russian Federation legislation, and offers the best way of modernization of the existing system of technical solution's and products appearance protection containing the information ascribed by the law established procedure as a state secret.
