Some problems of safety of human life at sea

This article focuses on selected aspects of protection of human life. In particular, some aspects of its Maritime security. Performed in this article the analysis of the totality of regulations on rescue at sea allows the conclusions that the issues of rendering aid and rescue at sea of a state currently pledged to abide by the following measures: 1. Be charged with the duty of the captain of any vessel sailing under the flag of the state to provide assistance to any person at sea, threatened by death, to follow to the aid of those in distress, to render assistance after the collision. 2. To organize effective search and rescue service, including the space. 3. To implement the provision of vessels, rescue tools and rescue equipment.
