Legal facts -state in the activities of joint-stock companies

The study of legal in relation to the activities of joint stock companies is intended to provide a theoretical Foundation to the existing set of interconnected, but different approaches to the nature of legal facts. Meanwhile, the practice of application of legislation on joint-stock companies identifies a number of pressing problems requiring complex research in their unity, differentiation and interaction. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the concept of legal fact-status and distinctive features separating it from other legal facts. To classify the legal status. Consider the facts-States with respect to activities of joint-stock companies. Insights: the legal status is a kind of legal facts and different from the concept of relationship. In the activities of joint stock companies legal facts-status-for example as in a corporate relationship, an interest in the transaction, institutional affiliations, are widespread and of special importance. It should highlight the legal status of the legal relationship and status - properties.
