Physical and informational aspect of privacy in case of biometric data processing the countries of European Union

In the article particular qualities of legal regulation of biometric data in the countries of the European Union is described. Physical and informational aspects of privacy are reviewed. Author describe the influence of personal data protection legislation at case law of European court of human rights. Increasing influence of national data protection authorities and their decisions are also stated.
