Evaluation of applying e-government in innovation activity management in Russia and abroad

Common government services portal of Russian Federation equates innovation enterprises with small and medium enterprises (SME). Taking into account unique features of such enterprises it’s worth noting that they demand constant support including information one. Thus far there is not a single data resource which could help innovator to navigate all the multitude of innovation institutes. This paper analyzes Russian and European experience of e-government usage in the field of innovation activity management.
