The combination of private and public-law began regulation of investment relations

The article is devoted to the study of the relations between private and public began regulation of investment relations Analyzes the Federal law "On investment activity in the Russian Federation implemented in the form of capital investments" and the Federal law "On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation and amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation. The author comes to the conclusion that the legal regulation of investment relations inevitably there is a kind of interpenetration of private and public started, because the investment relationship are public law and private law nature.
