The development of small and medium reactors taking into account perspective nuclear fuel cycles of the atomic energy

The article describes the analysis of technical characteristics on reactors of the nuclear power plants of low and average power influencing need for natural uranium and fuel expenses is considered. Reference points for definition of a target nuclear fuel cycle nuclear stations of low and average power are revealed. On the example of the fast reactor it is considered influences of the price of natural uranium on expediency of use for nuclear power plants of low and average power the oxide fuel and nitride uranium - plutonium fuel.
