Political regime in the quasi-state formations

The article explores the political regime in the quasi-public entities. The political regime is an original characteristic not only of States with full-fledged public-law status, but also entities with state-like properties. Despite the uncertain status of the quasi-state, the political regime is accompanied by the realization of political power in the disputed territory. At the same time, because of the conflict the very fact of self-Declaration quasi-public entities, the most acceptable in modern conditions democratic regime is difficult to implement in integrated form. Problems of formation of the political regime on the territory of the unrecognized States has been the subject of investigation in this article.
