On the question of social conditionality in the area of combating human trafficking in the context of globalization of the legislation

In this article the author examines the social conditioning of criminal law criminalizing human trafficking. A general characteristic of the history of the development of criminal law in this area. Particular attention is paid to questions of the relation of phenomena such as "people traffic", "trafficking in persons", "human exploitation".
