Components of quality medical services

The article analyzes the concept of "quality" and "quality of health services." The basic scientific directions for the study of the concept of "quality of care" and its constituent elements, from the management, the views of consumers and the relationships quality medical services by providing its costs. Lighten the results of studies of theoretical and practical developments on the components of quality of medical services, it forms the compound. On the basis of the research identified key indicators that show the level of quality of medical services, as well as key factors that shape and influence its development. We consider the situation to ensure the management and quality of medical services provided by medical companies through the certification and accreditation.
