Language in the international legal field

The problems concerning language usage during investigation of criminal cases and preparation of internal orders are observed in this article. The author analyses the application of languages communication usage during the execution of bilateral cooperation agreements on legal assistance (civil, family) criminal cases by the authorized representatives of the Russian Federation; touches upon the problem of correctness and accuracy of translation and offers the ways of it’s decision.
