Classifications of information systems for business usage

In this article the author takes a look on classifications of information systems that are subjects to analysis in Economics and Information Technologies sciences. Those sciences outline the most expanded types of information systems and also point out peculiarities of information systems that are possible for use in course of business activities. At that, author analyzes the provisions of applicable legislation, precisely, Federal Law dd. 27 July 2006 149-FZ «On information, information technologies and protection of information» in order to find out if those mentioned peculiarities are mentioned in frames of applicable legal classification of information systems.
