Individual level of human capital formation

This article dedicated to the problems of the formation of human capital at the individual level, through education, training. The paper reflects the main factors affecting the income received by the individual, throughout their life, the rise and fall of income and savings, depending on individual’s age. The article notes the problem of methodological individualism, where individual considered as the center of the development of human capital. It also considers the concept of social capital, reflecting the favorable relations in the team.
