The formation of sustainable competitive advantages of the companies with the state participation on the basis of the innovative management technologies

The article deals with forming of the sustainable competitive ad-vantages (SCA) of the companies with the state participation and the entities of all patterns of ownership united by the integrated scientific and technical cycles within the group of basic technologies for designing a new manage-ment system based on long-term programs of innovative development which are technologically cooperated with them. In the forming of SCA an important role is given to the creation, im-plementation and use of the packet of basic innovations and the new re-search and production technologies developed on their basis. A system re-sult is the enhancement and increase in effectiveness of functioning of the National innovative system of Russia taking into account the structure and the address configuration of cooperation communications within the EAEU, including providing optimization of functional communications between in-novative agents of the state and non-state nature.
