Counteraction against illegal cash withdrawal

The article is focused on a phenomenon known as “illegal cash withdrawal”, also there is consideration of its reasons and consequences. The problem of identifying criminal liability for “illegal cash withdrawal” is considered. The author emphasizes that determining such actions as a crime under 172 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation isn't acceptable. In the process of withdrawing cash illegal banking activity is not committed.
