Definition and main characteristics of the constitutional-legal status of Yerevan city

The article presents theoretical and methodological analysis of the category of constitutional legal status for the constitutional definition of the legal status of Yerevan. The author substantiates the view that the constitutional legal status can have only entities of public law. Based on the above pointed view, the author constructs the definition of constitutional legal status of the city of Yerevan, and also identifies its main characteristics.
