The comparative analysis of the bill of Supreme Court of The Russian Federation on the decriminalization of a number of minor offenses and entered into force changes to the Russian Criminal Code: from idea to realization

In this article author analyzes the amendments to the Criminal Code, compares them with the proposed by the Supreme Court amended the decriminalization of certain crimes of little gravity, an assessment of the proposal to introduce a category of "criminal offense" in the existing system of the Russian Federation law.
