Some features of the interrogation of suspect in crime related to illegal access to computer information of bank

This article describes some features of the interrogation of suspect in crime related to illegal access to computer information of bank. Due specificity of reporting in the article type of crime, behavioral model of subjects is also differing from behavior of subjects of other types of crimes. On the basis of the research the author proposes recommendations for overcoming opposition of the suspect depending on forming objective conditions of investigation.
