The court of arbitration as an alternative to arbitration proceedings in the resolution of economic disputes between business entities

In the article the system of courts of arbitration as alternative system is investigational to the state rule-making in consideration of economic spores, a process and preparation of documents are described in the третейском rule-making, and also forms of execution of decision of court. In this article some aspects of federal law are considered "On an arbitration", regulating an order третейского rule-making in Russian Federation. Also offer innovation in reform of the третейского rule-making.
