Judicial criteria for the appointment of experts from non-state forensic organizations

The paper deals with the aspect of appointment of the expert from the non-state forensic expert institutions. It is shown that every expert needs to have a set of professional knowledge to combine professional knowledge and skills in science, technology, art, crafts and the like, necessary for solving issues arising during the examination in court of specific cases. It is suggested that the court should have specific opportunities to attract experts to review cases, as well as mechanisms of their limitations. A separate element is represented by a position on the advisability of cooperation with the expert for the preparation of additional imprisonment.
