Some aspects of civil law regulation issues of establishment of guardianship over the full age incapacitated citizens

this article discusses the issues of legal regulation of relations arising in connection with the establishment of guardianship over the full age incapacitated citizens. Special attention is paid to the Federal law "On guardianship and custody", as the first legal document accumulating legal regulations of guardianship and guardianship that defines its structure and content. The analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, defining the legal status of participants of legal relations arising in connection with the establishment of guardianship over the full age incapacitated citizens.
