Grounds for refusal of a lawyer from making a protection of the suspect (accused)

The article discusses the grounds under which a lawyer is obliged to refuse the adoption of the protection of the suspect (accused). Examines disciplinary practice of lawyer chambers of some of the subjects of the Russian Federation, violating the advocates of these prohibitions. Conclusions the need for clarifying legislation.
