Characteristic changes in the legislation on joint-stock companies

In September 2014, there have been significant changes relating to joint stock companies. Currently the legislator gives a scheme for the future of the expanded features of joint stock companies, brings to the related subordinate concepts, allows to distinguish between genetically related and similar to terminology concepts. The author concludes that the new law on joint stock companies streamline business relationship related to the activity of joint stock companies.
