Influence of the ratio of private and state sectors in the health care system on quality of the provided medical services

Modern designation of a concept of quality of medical services, its main characteristics is researched. The key factors influencing a quality evaluation of medical services are allocated. The market situation of medical services of Russia, a ratio of the state and private sectors in a health care system is analysed. An assessment is given to opinion of consumers on quality and availability of the provided medical services in the country, and also their priorities in the choice of medical institutions. The interrelation of level of the competition in the market to quality of the provided medical services is researched. On the basis of these official sources, statistical and analytical information using methods of system approach, the comparative analysis, sociological and statistical methods, the key directions of enhancement of a health care system in the country are determined.
